Shipping & Returns

Orders are entered immediately upon receipt and all in stock product will ship the same day if received before 12:00 PM Central Time Monday - Friday. If product in your order is on backorder status, you will be notified via email. You will receive e-mail notification including tracking numbers (if applicable) via e-mail upon shipment. All claims for damage incurred during shipment shall be the responsibility of the carrier. Freight claims should be placed with the freight carrier. UPS requires customer initiated inspection call for damaged merchandise upon receipt of shipment.

The products supplied by C-Tek Online are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only to the extent the individual manufacturers warrant their product. No other warranty, whether express or implied, shall exist in connection with the sale or use of these products included any warranty or merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty begins from date of purchase. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstance.In the event of the necessity to return equipment, please call for return number before returning products. Products will not be accepted for return without return authorization (RA number). Call for RA. Returns must be received within issuance of RA. Merchandise must be shipped transportation prepaid, in the original carton along with invoice number and the date of purchase. Returns for credit are accepted only for new, unused products in original cartons, with original packing and are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for return freight and charges. There are no refunds.

MPC-2000 modules and special orders cannot be returned excepting return for repair.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of item invoice date, or shipping date whichever is later. Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of shipment for any reason whatsoever.
